A payment authorization or pending transaction may appear before a payment is fully settled. The time and way this appears on an account are controlled by the payment provider and financial institution. If an order cannot be accepted, we will take appropriate steps to cancel it and initiate any applicable reversal or refund through the original payment method.

Billing Questions
